What is the purpose of data collection?
With the eb:fly portal, we want to help you with the treatment and care of your epidermolysis bullosa patients. Once your patient has shared their ID with you, you can access your patient’s data and send them messages via the eb:fly portal.

In the context of providing our eb:fly system, we use service providers who support us in designing our offering.
All data processed via the portal are stored on our servers, which are hosted by IONOS SE.
The development of our portal and the guarantee of its functionality are ensured by Systemhaus Ulm GmbH (Max-Planck-Straße 24, 89250 Senden, Germany).

In order to expand the functionality of our application and make it more convenient for you to use, we use what are known as “cookies” (small files containing configuration information).
